As a member, you have a personal, non-transferable right to use Global E Comm Hub’s services for your own professional development. All content and materials on the platform are owned by Global E Comm Hub or its partners, and you are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or create new materials from them unless explicitly permitted. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must not share your login credentials.

Membership Fees and Payments

If membership fees apply, they will be communicated during the application process. Fees are billed based on the plan you choose (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your membership, and any costs related to collecting overdue payments may be added.

Contributor Terms

Contributors include mentors, lecturers, and other professionals providing content or services to the community. They are subject to the same eligibility rules. Contributors may provide services either voluntarily or for agreed compensation. Contributors retain ownership of their original materials but grant Global E Comm Hub the right to use, distribute, and promote their content within the community.

Events and Recordings

Global E Comm Hub organizes events like workshops, networking sessions, and mentoring programs. Participation requires following the community’s Code of Conduct. Events may be recorded, and by attending, you consent to being included in these recordings, which may be used for educational or promotional purposes.

Membership Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel your membership by providing at least seven days’ notice before your next renewal date. No refunds will be provided for unused time after cancellation. Global E Comm Hub can terminate your membership at any time if you violate these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or applicable laws, resulting in immediate loss of access without refund.

Code of Conduct

All members and contributors must engage respectfully and professionally. Any harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Global E Comm Hub provides services "as is" with no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the past twelve months.

Updates to Terms

Global E Comm Hub may update these Terms at any time. If changes are made, you will be notified. Continuing to use the services after notification means you accept the updated Terms.
